The name doesn’t really mean anything. This is a new non-profit supported by government grants [read more]. In 2024 and  2025 they will be rolling out course after course. We’ll be offering their iPad materials soon, and they invite you to sign up (free) to get in on future courses:

Goodwill Community Foundation Global

Yes, that Goodwill – the donations people. Here’s a Wikipedia article about them.

GCFG provides a beginning computer class for multiple sectors. Lessons cover numerous operating systems and teach subjects like e-mail, social media, and search engine use. Users may also learn about online safety and take typing lessons. This Goodwill Community Foundation Global class is free.  Read about the courses.
