8-1-1 for health issues
When you call 8-1-1 you will be connected with a health service navigator. They can provide you with health information, help you navigate the health care system and find health services across the province, or connect you with a registered nurse. Navigators are available any time of the day or night, every day of the year. And did you know:
- from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. every night you can talk to a pharmacist
- from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday–Friday you can reach a registered dietitian or a qualified exercise professional
